Our client’s guests wellbeing is our top priority. In light of the UK government's latest advice and due to the ever changing circumstances surrounding the coronavirus and the uncertainties that come with it, we understand that our customers may need to make changes to their travel plans. We will work tirelessly with our client hosts to try and help our client’s guests with this.
For new and existing bookings with an arrival date on or before 1st May 2020*, customers may request a change to the start date of their booking by up to 12 months, subject to availability. We will waive any administration charges for the change but depending on the cost of the accommodation of the new booking, you may have to make a further payment or may receive a partial refund with respect to the cost of accommodation.
*Customers will need to contact us at least 48 hours before their scheduled arrival date to request any changes to their start date.

I am due to arrive at a property on or before the 1st May 2020. What are my options?
You can move your holiday dates to a later date at the same property, free of charge, if your arrival date is on or before the 1st May 2020. You may have to make a further payment or may receive a partial refund with respect to the cost of accommodation.

I am unable to reach your office by telephone. What should I do?
We are experiencing an unprecedented number of guests contacting us to discuss changes to their holiday booking. In the event that you have found our lines engaged, please accept our apologies and thank you for your patience. Please email [email protected] and a member of our team will call you as soon they are available.
When emailing your call back request, please include the following:
- Your surname
- Your booking reference
- Your holiday start date
If you are trying to contact us to change to your booking to an alternative period and you know a preferred arrival date, please include this in your email so that we may search for availability before calling you back.
Please do not include payment information or any other personally identifiable information within the email.
I am due to arrive at a property on or after the 1st May 2020. What should I do?
If your holiday is due to start on or after the 1st May 2020 and you booked your accommodation direct with island Holiday Homes, our standard terms and conditions apply. If you booked your accommodation via a booking channel such as Airbnb, Booking.com or Cottages.com, you will need to refer to their booking terms and conditions, which will apply
