Island Holiday Homes not only secures bookings, but can also arrange and co-ordinate pre-season & changeover cleaning, key management and gardening.
Rent
Rent is collected from the holiday party at least 6 weeks prior to commencement of the let and is accounted to you, the home owner, less fees and expenses, within 10 working days of receipt.
Deposits
Damage Deposits are taken at the point of booking and returned once the property has been checked.
