Rent

Rent is collected from the holiday party at least six weeks before the start of the rental period and is accounted to you, the homeowner, minus any fees and expenses, within 10 working days of the guest's arrival.

Deposits

A damage deposit is taken at the time of booking and refunded once the property has been inspected.
