This brand-new complex includes a purpose-built luxury livery yard, housing 18 horses, with a sheltered wash down area and solarium and an outdoor arena, 60m x 40m, with a high-quality wax surface and superb drainage, unrivaled on the Island.

2, 3 and 4-bedroom self-catering. As part of this extensive new development the spacious four bedroom, four bathroom bungalow, that sleeps 10, has been renovated to a high specification and a choice of seven newly built houses, ‘The Gallops’, have been built in an impressive courtyard setting with one wing created from a barn conversion, each of which can sleep at least 6 guests and some of which are suitable for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility. This new complex is ideal for couples, families, groups, schools and riding clubs and welcomes non-horse riding guests too!
